1. How do we collect and use your personal information
As a processor of personal information, we will follow the principles of legality, legitimacy, necessity and good faith to collect and use your personal information for the purposes described below.

According to the "Regulations on the Scope of Necessary Personal Information for Common Types of Mobile Internet Applications", VTransBuds belongs to the "Utility" App, and you can use basic functional services, namely browsing services, without personal information. In addition, in order to provide you with other functional services such as account registration/login, recording, voice-to-text, customer service and feedback, you only need to provide us with the basic necessary personal information corresponding to the function, unless there are special requirements in relevant laws, regulations and normative documents. If you refuse to provide it, we will not be able to provide you with the corresponding functional services. Please note: If the personal information you provide is not your own, please make sure that you have obtained the consent of the relevant subject.
The complete functions of VTransBuds and the details of the personal information that needs to be processed are as follows:
(1)Account registration / login
In order to ensure the safety of your personal space, you need to register and log in to a VTransBuds account before you can use other services of VTransBuds after registration and login, including voice-to-text, customer service and feedback. When you register and log in to a VTransBuds account, we will collect your nickname, avatar, mobile phone number, email address, etc. If you do not set your nickname or avatar yourself, the system default nickname and avatar will be used. The above information is necessary information for this function. If you do not provide it, you will not be able to complete the registration/login. Among them, mobile phone numbers are sensitive information, and such information is collected to meet the network real-name system requirements of relevant laws and regulations.
In addition, you can choose to provide us with your voiceprint feature value information, which is sensitive information. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using related functions such as voice replication, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of VTransBuds.
(2) Recording and voice-to-text
When you use the recording and speech-to-text services, we need to call your microphone permissions and storage permissions to obtain and save your voice information and/or other recording content you provide and perform speech transcription in our cloud servers. This is a system permission required for this service. If you refuse, you will not be able to use the recording and speech-to-text functions. If you choose to upload audio from your local computer for transcription, we need to call your storage permissions to obtain your local recording content. This is a system permission required for local upload. If you refuse, you will not be able to upload the recording file locally and perform speech-to-text. At the same time, we will collect the transcribed text information and provide real-time processing feedback to you based on your needs, so that you can understand what voice interactions have taken place and provide you with record viewing and effect analysis services.
Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable microphone permissions, we will only obtain your voice information by accessing the microphone permissions when you actively enable the recording function. In addition, although the voice information you record and the transcribed text information may contain your or others' personal information, we will not identify individuals based on the content of the personal information involved.
Please be aware that we will store the audio files you upload in an encrypted manner in our cloud server, and you can choose to delete this information at any time. Unless you choose to do so or comply with relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide the above audio information to the outside world or use it for any purpose other than this function.
(3)Customer Service and Feedback
When you provide feedback, make complaints, appeals, or inquire about issues related to this product and/or service through our customer service, we will collect the text information you enter to understand the content and needs of your feedback. This type of information is necessary for user feedback and contacting customer service.
In order to ensure the security of your account and system, you need to provide us with the account you used when registering/logging in so that we can verify your user identity. This information is necessary information for identity verification in user feedback.
You can also fill in your mobile phone number and email address so that we can contact you to better clarify your needs and solutions to related issues, or help you solve other problems. This type of information is non-essential information for user feedback and contacting customer service. In order to provide you with customer service and after-sales services related to your order needs to ensure the normal completion of the order, or to understand your experience with this product and other needs in order to improve our products and services, or to provide you with other services related to your rights and interests, our customer service staff may use the phone number in your account information or other contact information you have reserved to contact you by phone, text message or email, so as to better clarify your needs and solutions to related issues, or help you solve other problems.
During the feedback, complaint or consultation process, in order to help you solve the problem or record the solution and results of the relevant problem, you can choose to provide us with relevant supporting materials (pictures or videos). The system will record the communication records between you and the customer service so that we can better help you solve the problem you consulted and improve the quality of customer service. If you do not provide the above information, we will not be able to provide you with timely feedback on the results of the consultation, but it will not affect your normal use of other services of this product.
To help you further understand the permissions that this software uses and involve your personal information, we have summarized the permissions in the following table. You can view the status of the above permissions in your device settings or our client, and you can decide to turn these permissions on or off at any time. Please note that by turning on any permission, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding services. Once you turn off any permission, it means that you have cancelled the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, and we will not be able to provide you with the services corresponding to the permission. 1.1.2 Personal information we actively collect in the process of providing you with products and/or services
In order to ensure that you can use our services normally, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience and protect the security of your account, we will collect your device model, operating system, unique device identifier, login IP address, VTransBuds software version number, network access method, type and status, network quality data, operation logs, service log information (such as the information you searched and viewed in VTransBuds, service failure information, referral URLs, etc.) and other log information. This type of information is the basic information that must be collected to provide services.
1.1.2.1 Ensure operational safety and troubleshoot problems
Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). When you use this product, we need to collect your device's unique identifier (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) during the application operation to provide statistical analysis services, and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and abnormal error log analysis to provide users with better services. In order to ensure that users can still use the service normally when they exit to the background, we will continue to use your MAC information in silent and background states.
1.1.2.2 Operation statistics and product optimization
In order to ensure that you can use our services normally, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience and protect the security of your account, we will collect your device model, operating system, unique device identifier, login IP address, VTransBuds software version number, network access method, type and status, network quality data, operation log, service log information (such as the information you search and view in VTransBuds, service failure information, referral URLs, etc.) and other log information. This type of information is necessary for providing this service. If you refuse us to collect the above information, we will not be able to perform security monitoring for this software, which may affect the security of your account.
1.1.3 Your personal information we obtain from third parties
Please note that VTransBuds will not actively obtain your personal information from third parties at present. If we need to obtain your personal information indirectly from a third party for business development in the future, we will inform you of the source, type and scope of use of your personal information before obtaining it. For example, if the personal information processing activities required by VTransBuds to carry out its business exceed the scope of your original authorization and consent when providing personal information to a third party, we will obtain your explicit consent before processing your personal information; in addition, we will strictly abide by the relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to ensure the legality of the information they provide.
If you use a third-party account to log in to your VTransBuds account, we will collect your authorized account information (nickname, avatar), Open ID from the third party, and bind your third-party account number to your VTransBuds account after you agree to this policy. If you need to cancel the binding of the above third-party account, you can close the authorized binding, or contact us in accordance with the method provided in Article 8 of this Privacy Policy.
1.2. How we use information
1.2.1 To ensure the security of the service and help us better understand the operation of our applications, we may record relevant information, such as the frequency of your use of the application, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. We will not combine the information we store in the analysis software with any personally identifiable information you provide in the application.
If we use your personal information beyond the purpose stated at the time of collection and the scope that is directly or reasonably related to it, we will inform you again and obtain your explicit consent before using your personal information.
To ensure that users can still use the service normally when they exit to the background, we will continue to use your MAC information in silent and background states.
Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If a function or service is not described above and collects your information, we will explain the content, scope and purpose of information collection to you separately through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, etc., in order to obtain your consent.
This policy explains the details of how we handle personal information, but does not cover all scenarios in which third-party products and services that call VTransBuds products and/or services process personal information. Although third parties call our products and/or services, we do not understand or control their specific usage behaviors, and therefore are not responsible for their behaviors; if you are an end user who uses VTransBuds products and/or services, we recommend that you carefully access or use their products and services before you have reviewed and agreed to their privacy policies.
2. How do we use cookies and similar technologies
2.1 Cookies
To ensure the normal operation of the website, we will store small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and some numbers and characters. With the help of cookies, websites can store data such as your preferences or usage habits. III. About the storage and external provision of your personal information
3.1 Storage

In principle, the personal information we collect and generate within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China and will not be transferred across borders.
